How long have you worked in accounting, finance, or information technology? Recruiting?
I have worked in recruiting since 2012. I have recruited for a range of positions with a focus on accounting, finance, and tech since 2015.
How were you introduced to the recruiting industry? DeWinter Group?
I worked with a recruiter in my initial job explorations and found that recruiting appealed to me.
Why do you look forward to working in accounting, finance, and information technology talent acquisition with the DeWinter Group?
I am excited about the opportunity to work with a firm with a strong focus and expertise within these important corporate verticals.
How did you first learn about the DeWinter Group?
I learned about the DeWinter Group through another recruiter. The recruiter emphasized DeWinter's strong reputation in the industry which in the recruiting industry is hard to come by.

How do you plan on developing the DeWinter Group? What are your goals for the coming year?
Adding talented professionals who can consistently deliver great results. My goals are to thoroughly understand the DeWinter Group business and to bring in talented professionals that have will bottom line impact at each office.

Taking the time to understand each and every individual by asking good questions and listening to the answers.
